The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in growing our parts business. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service, support internal and external sales, and help ensure smooth and efficient parts administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to sales success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via telephone, email, and at the counter
• Accurately identify and interpret customer parts requests to ensure correct order fulfilment
• Use parts catalogues, databases, and software tools to locate and verify part numbers and specifications
• Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and suitable alternatives
• Communicate clearly with customers to clarify needs, resolve issues, and provide order updates
• Proactively suggest additional or compatible parts to support sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Promote catalogue and dealership specials to help drive sales
• Pick and pack customer orders as required
• Follow company policies and procedures, including EEO, OH&S, and quality standards
