The Opportunity
PACCAR Financial is seeking a professional and customer-focused Reception & Administration Coordinator to be the face of our business. In this varied role, you will provide exceptional front-of-house service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including assisting Finance Coordinators. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage all front reception enquiries.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring messages are delivered promptly.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering requirements, travel bookings, and calendars for senior management.
- Provide general administrative support, including reports, presentations, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist with customer communications, insurance records, compliance administration, and reporting activities.
- Support financial administration tasks, including payment processing, invoicing, daily cash receipting, banking and assisting in the creation of loan documentation and settlements as required.
- Maintain office facilities, stationery supplies, kitchen areas, and shared meeting spaces.
- Manage incoming mail, filing, scanning, and record keeping.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, training documentation, and customer correspondence.
- Provide back-up support across administration and operational functions when required.
About you
- Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office coordination and or Finance experience.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator with excellent phone manner.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to support colleagues across the business.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
