Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, adjudicate, and submit warranty claims accurately and within specified timeframes. 
  • Liaise with workshop, parts, and sales departments to verify repairs and ensure parts usage aligns with warranty requirements. 
  • Reconcile vendor and manufacturer warranty claims, providing regular reports and recommendations to management. 
  • Maintain and update warranty-related databases, repair order controls, and technical documentation. 
  • Provide technical support and information to workshop technicians, dealers, and internal teams. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures throughout the warranty process.

 

About you:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate warranty claim processing 
  • Solid technical knowledge of heavy vehicle systems and automotive industry 
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and customers 
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to handle warranty and technical issues 
  • Proficient in computer systems, including warranty databases and Excel 
  • Effective time management to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
