The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and organised individual to join our team in managing the Kenworth reception area. This is a varied and important role that serves as the first point of contact for incoming callers, dealers, customers, suppliers, community tour groups and visitors.
This role is Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm, and offers the opportunity to play an important part in creating a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience, while also providing reliable administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and internal enquiries, and maintaining internal phone listings
- Ensure visitors and dealers are logged in and out via Envoy
- Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain the welcome board for plant tour visitors and ensure waiver forms are completed
- Keep the reception, mail room, VIP room and print room clean and tidy
- Maintain stationery and office supplies, including printers and print room equipment
- Raise, save and manage purchase orders in Docuware
- Maintain ISO documentation, including Work Instructions, Quality Procedures and ‘How To’ documents
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other projects as required
