The Opportunity

Join our dynamic Material Handling team as a Receiving Clerk based in Bayswater. This full-time role is critical in ensuring goods are accurately and timely receipted into our system (JDE), supporting smooth operations across the Warehouse, Material Handling, and Accounts Payable departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and promptly receipt goods into the JDE system.
• Investigate receipt issues and resolve invoice queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address receiving queries.
• Correct receipt errors within the system.
• Follow up with departments for outstanding information.
• File and archive delivery dockets and container manifests in appropriate formats.
• Process stock transfer files from 3PLs.
• Ensure overseas container and airfreight receipts are correctly entered.
• Receipt containers received at 3PLs.

About You:

• Proven experience in data entry with a high level of keypunching accuracy.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a collaborative approach.
• Committed to maintaining high accuracy and organizational standards.
