Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Work with Pierce Distribution and the Rockford PDC as the frontline representative to ensure dealer returns processes are followed and the program guidelines are maintained including decisions relating to part rejections and repackaging
  • Work as a liaison between Pierce, PPD Credit, Rockford PDC and Operations Support to ensure program changes, updates and any challenges are shared timely with necessary parties
  • Lead, authorize, approve and/or support the implementation of productivity and process improvements for dealer returns program including Kaizen and Six Sigma projects
  • Act as escalation point of contact for dealer disputes, questionable issues and overall dissatisfaction with the program and make decisions regarding resolutions
  • Analyze data to identify issues and root cause in various dealer return metrics, create and administer solutions to address issues found

Skills / Competencies

SKILLS REQUIRED: Proficiency in AS400 WH, Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people across different functions. Strong math and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast paced environment. Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in both team and individual environment. Proven problem solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Two years inventory control, supply chain or product distribution experience
  • Two years experience with dealer returns process

DESIRED:

  • Bachlor Degree in Business or related field
  • Two years customer service experience
  • Six Sigma/Lean knowledge
Education

High School Diploma or GED Required.

Working on Bachelor Degree or obtain Bachelor Degree desired.
