Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers.

Requisition Summary

Highlight your outstanding customer service and analytical skills by supporting the PACCAR Parts Sales teams. Process Dealer Competitive Sales Requests (CSRs), Daily Sales Forecast reports, and additional reporting as required.  Utilize your analytical skills to streamline and enhance sales reporting and procedures. You are the core support of the sales team, providing organizational and administrative support including travel and meeting support, dealer CSR training, and Major Account Assistance Program account set-up and account review.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

 

  • Review and process Competitive Sales Requests from field sales personnel and dealer personnel.
  • Coordinate with the Product Marketing team to ensure Competitive Sales Request guidelines are followed.
  • Participate in department initiatives and projects using Six Sigma methodology.
  • Provide support to the Kenworth and Peterbilt sales teams in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and South America. 
  • Process requests for MAAP (Major Account Assistance Program) and review accounts to ensure they meet minimum program requirements.
  • Provide support to sales team and dealer meetings and events. 
  • Update Daily Forecast reports and compile sales reports and/or analyses as requested by the executive administration team. 
  • Assist with department administrative support, including coverage for Executive Assistant to the General Manager.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the PACCAR Parts Volume Sales program.  

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bi-lingual fluency in Spanish and English strongly preferred. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
  • Strong technical/computer skills including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. 
  • Interested in using data analytics tools Tableau and Snowflake to transform and analyze data.
