Your role as an SAP Security Analyst 


The SAP Security Administrator is responsible for definition, design, implementation and administration of user access for our SAP systems including ERP, SRM, BW, S/4 Fiori/Gateway, HANA DB (Cloud/On Premise), BOBJ/SAC, BTM (NEO, Foundry) and GRC.

As an SAP Security Analyst, you will work with other members of the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE), collaborate with key stakeholders in all Business Functions and Divisions, Internal and External Auditors, and all teams within the Information Technology Division. The CoE leverages leading edge SAP technology to expand and enhance key business processes within the company. The CoE is PACCAR’s leading applications team, working on high-impact and high-visibility projects and supporting numerous business critical functions. Job Responsibilities


  • Create roles based on business requirements, perform risk assessment, develop recommendations, and communicate the strategy to stakeholders.
  • Create, modify and utilize master, derived, simple, and composite role strategy where applicable within the SAP Modules.
  • SAP security remediation for all Corporate Governance, Segregation of Duties, and Sarbanes-Oxley related projects and ongoing maintenance in these efforts.


Required Experience & Skills


  • 5+ years recent, relevant experience in SAP Security design, implementation and administration across all areas of SAP including ERP, SRM, BW, S/4 Fiori/Gateway, HANA DB (Cloud/On Premise), BOBJ/SAC, BTM (NEO, Foundry) and GRC.
  • Strong understanding of all SAP GRC application administration tools
  • Ability to identify and remediate Segregation of Duty findings
  • Ability to assess and communicate the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex systems
  • Maintain high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
  • Participation in the on-call rotation, along with occasional night and weekend work




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Master's degree a plus
