Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers. 

Requisition Summary

Are you a fan of loyalty programs? Be a part of our award winning team! Our Retail Promotions Manager position will be responsible for managing our retail customer loyalty programs in North and South America. A perfect candidate is passionate about program loyalty, and able to enhance our strategies for improved retail sales promotion implementations and customer experience. This candidate would provide thought leadership and build strategies that would raise the level of acquisition, retention and up-selling. Love teamwork? You’ll work closely with the Retail Promotions Coordinator who manages program maintenance and internal and external customer support. You will work with internal departments, external agencies and technology vendors on data management enhancements and advanced analytics. A day in the life:
As part of the team, you’ll work closely with the Retail Promotions Coordinator for daily program management and dealer support. You’ll be challenged to develop plans that support consumer-focused loyalty card strategies and trends for retail environments. This data-loving candidate will administer the loyalty card audit process and execute and analyze weekly, monthly and annual reports. This position will also present and train dealers, district parts managers and other internal audiences on our loyalty card program. Be a part of our marketing channel team that includes print, email, web, advertising, PR, and events, leveraging our customer loyalty program. We’re big on process improvement, so any experience using Six Sigma methodology is a plus.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Work with Retail Promotions Coordinator and daily loyalty card program management and dealer support
  • Develop plans that support consumer-focused loyalty card strategies and trends for retail environments
  • Administer the loyalty card audit process
  • Execute and analyze weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Present and train dealers, district parts managers and other internal audiences on the loyalty card program
  • Other initiatives as needed

 

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent analytic, communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to strategize, lead and implement database and promotional projects.
  • Ability to creatively think-out-of-the-box and get results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel a must.
  • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent program required; Masters a plus
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing and implementing marketing communications programs required
  • Database marketing and analysis experience required
  • Spanish/French language a plus
  • Retail and loyalty rewards program experience a plus
