Job Functions / Responsibilities

•         Work with Product Manager and Product Director to support the implementation of new programs and promotional actions, including all required documentation (upload to pricing, DealerNet postings, loyalty card documentation and communications to the sales teams)
•         Review and update supplier product bulletins and FAB (features, advantages and benefits) sheets. Create and publish new product documentation as required and perform special projects as assigned, including but not limited to product training workbook creation
•         Support requests from internal and external customers (supplier quality issues/infractions, customer service support expediting with suppliers, resourcing, SPQs, NSPs, etc.)
•         Participate in supplier performance management discussions, including but not limited to scorecard performance and corrective action plan reviews
•         Coordinate with marketing services to develop key marketing support elements for product groups, including dealer communication, promotional plans, dealer direct marketing events, product sales training cataloging and other program support as required.
•         Lead and/or participate in Six Sigma projects
•         Prepare SBU specific analytics (Tableau dashboards) to assist with prompt business decision-making
•         Other duties as assigned



•         Bachelor degree in Business or related field
•         MBA or other advanced degree a plus
•         Knowledge of truck components, aftermarket sales and parts distribution desired
•         Strong customer service skills and proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail
•         Six Sigma or Lean experience
•         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop business relationships
•         Proven ability to work in a team oriented, multi-functional business environment
•         Ability to multi-task and attention to detail required
