Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers. 

Requisition Summary

This position is responsible for supporting North American Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) by analyzing data for key business areas to include capital projects, quality, packaging, customer service and distribution production data.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Analysis and network information gathering of PDC production data, including building visual BI dashboards, to prioritize findings and develop new initiatives with Operations Support staff.
  • Reporting and auditing of PDC shipping error claims, altered lines, statistical inventory accuracy and PDC practices.
  • Assist in data analysis for Operations support group including capital projects, quality, packaging, customer service.
  • Point contact to field questions on PDC processes and logic.
  • Preparation of Monthly PDC Performance Rating (PPR) Goals and Performance.
  • Support dealer bar coding translation table.

Skills / Competencies

  • Highly self-motivated and able to lead individual efforts in a support role.
  • Proficiency in AS400 WH and other PDC hardware / software applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of management effectively.
  • Two+ years experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a Distribution Center.
  • Developed network of resources from all departments within PACCAR Parts.


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related area required.
  • Two years of Data Analytics experience required.
  • Two Years of PDC Operations Experience desired.
  • Building dashboards using Tableau desired.
  • MBA degree is a plus
  • Certified Six Sigma Lean Belt desired.
