Requisition Summary


Responsible for the management and development of visual design and graphic projects for PACCAR Parts Division presentations, multi-media and photography. Will work closely with division leaders to review and edit slide content. Design high-level graphics to support presentations, trade shows, videos, marketing collateral and other design projects as needed. Will act as the in-house photographer for staff portraits and PACCAR Parts events and will research, edit and maintain photography library for assigned projects.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

 

  • Act as the primary presentation designer and point of contact for Division General Manager’s presentations for PACCAR Senior Management meetings, Kenworth and Peterbilt Parts & Service and Dealer Meetings, and other events as needed. Assists with other senior executive presentations as required.
  • Manages and develops high-level visual graphics for PACCAR Parts Senior Management and other division presentations. 
  • Conducts on-site presentation support and coordination for Kenworth and Peterbilt Parts and Service Meetings.
  • Demonstrate a strong fundamental knowledge in visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition and layout, color, photography selection, etc.). 
  • Maintains division photography, graphic and logo database. Coordinates with Peterbilt and Kenworth Truck divisions to constantly update truck and service photography library to assure current production truck models are used in presentations and sales support materials. 
  • Responsible for in-house photography of PACCAR Parts events and staff portraits and is able to edit and manipulate photos as needed. 
  • Provides support for video creation and editing. 
  • Provides support and training as needed for division audio/visual presentation.
  • Coordinates with the communications team to provide visual graphics for PACCAR Annual Report, Annual Shareholders Meeting, Press Releases and PACCAR World magazine.
  • Other Marketing Services projects as needed, and as presentation schedule allows.


Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with graphic design, presentation creation and project management experience in the communications or advertising fields.
  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates professional presentation development, a strong attention to detail and graphic design software technologies.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite: specifically, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe In-Design.
  • Ability to be flexible and work closely with senior leadership teams. 
  • Familiar with video editing software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro a plus. 

 

Well-qualified candidates will have proven creative and technical skills in the production of visual content and creation of presentations. Excellent project management and inter-personal skills.
