Requisition Summary

Drive parts and service sales, engagement and affinity for the most respected brands in the commercial vehicle industry and create a best in class service experience with effective marketing strategies tailored to service customers.  You will be directly responsible for working with dealers and internal and external stakeholders to identify and optimize parts and service opportunities through the management and execution of service marketing and specialty market programs and communications.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Management  and coordination of marketing, communications and merchandising campaigns on behalf of service and specialty market products and offerings
  • Managing video production projects and other media responsibilities as assigned.
  • Development, management, execution and measurement of service offers and promotions
  • Developing and managing presentations and training programs that support service marketing and specialty markets
  • Planning and generation of ideas and information for service marketing and specialty markets communications and customer relationship campaigns
  • Stay abreast of industry and competitive service support trends and customer requirements regarding product uptime and maintenance.

  

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields required
  • Minimum 3 experience in managing and implementing marketing communications programs required
  • Experience with multi-media and video production processes

  • Experience working in parts sales, service and/or marketing either at OE or dealer level preferred

  • Minimum 3 years working directly with dealers on service-related products and services preferred

  • Heavy- and medium-duty truck OE and aftermarket parts and service knowledge and background in Marketing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the OE relationship to dealers and dealer relationships to aftermarket customers.
  • Knowledge of heavy- and medium-duty truck products, components and customers.
  • Excellent project management and inter-personal skills.
