Requisition Summary
 

Lead dynamic marketing programs and processes driven by marketing automation technology and customer intelligence platforms. Build personalized experiences for owners and operators of heavy and medium-duty commercial vehicles. Manage the design, execution, process, and measurement of high-impact marketing programs covering the ownership lifecycle of new and used Kenworth, Peterbilt, and all-makes trucks. Integrate and collaborate with other marketing teams, ad agencies and PACCAR divisions to develop segmentation and communications strategies that drive retail and market share growth.

The ideal candidate is an analytical and strategic thinker with high attention to detail, demonstrates creativity with attention to visuals and can write compelling copy. The ideal candidate needs to provide thoughtful analysis of lifecycle programs and channel performance to inform strategic decision-making for stakeholders.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
 

  • Plan, execute, measure, and optimize high-impact marketing communications programs targeted to new (1st owner) and used (2nd owner and older) truck operators and maintainer market.
  • Identify high-impact data sources to grow and inform customer database. Work across internal and external teams to integrate customer information into database and strategically identify programming opportunities.
  • Develop processes, manage, and maintain required internal and external data sources to drive lifecycle marketing communications programs.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other marketing teams on the message, creative and promotions for lifecycle marketing programs. 
  • Develop, analyze, and attain strategic KPIs. Present to Senior Management and other internal and external stakeholders on the performance and impact of lifecycle market.
  • Develop and manage ancillary projects and programs as they relate to lifecycle and retail marketing programs.
  • Takes ownership to be key knowledge holder of industry information, and advancements in technology applicable to marketing programming.


Qualifications & Skills
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related fields required.
  • Good to have working knowledge with ESPs, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe…etc
  • Minimum 5 years working directly with lifecycle marketing and communications programs required.
  • Foundational understanding of data privacy, governance laws.
  • Experience in data management, CRM, and data analytics technologies required.
  • Proven ability to translate analytical data into strategic insights and stay on top of tactical execution and details.
  • Experience activating and building journeys across CRM channels such as, email, SMS, and social.
  • Self-starter and ability to drive programs end-to-end.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, time management and attention to detail 
  • Experience working in sales and marketing either at OE or dealer level.
  • Basic knowledge of heavy and medium-duty truck products, components and customers.
  • Ability to present ideas, data and results clearly, and communicate effectively across business teams and with 3rd party vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, WORD, and PowerPoint as well as data analytics tools such as Tableau or Business Intelligence.
