Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers. 

Requisition Summary

This key role supports export sales, developing, and facilitating export process. Processes customer orders and performs in-house administrative functions related to export order processing, order fulfillment and invoicing for assigned accounts. Responds to incoming customer inquiries.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Advise customers concerning order status, changes, shpping information, product availability, product programs and pricing policies.
  • Negotiate vendor availability and lead times based on dealer needs.
  • Resolve issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling, part delivery issues, and part discrepancies. 
  • Strong desire and skill to work towards optimizing processes utilizing Six Sigma methodology.  
  • Establish and maintain forwarding process for assigned dealers.
  • Assist dealers in PACCAR Parts Systems training.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field desired. 
  • Fluency in Spanish requried
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and be able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Detail oriented, productive and conscientious.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Two or more years of PACCAR Parts system experience desirable. 
  • Six Sigma experience desirable.
