Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers. 

Requisition Summary

The Fleet Project Manager manages fleet customer integration to the Kenworth and Peterbilt dealer network by leveraging PACCAR’s ecommerce solution. The position requires coordination with large fleet customers across US and Canada, PACCAR dealers, vendors and the ecommerce team to enhance fleet purchasing experience with our dealer network and PACCAR Parts Fleet Services program.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Direct communication with large fleet customers, coordinating project launch to achieve our customer purchasing objectives.
  • Develop scope of work, timelines and drive for implementation while working collaboratively.
  • Coordinate efforts to ensure information flows smoothly through relevant business systems.
  • Support department projects for the Fleet Services Manager.
  • Report progress to fleet customers, dealers & direct/upper management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's required, MBA desired
  • 2 or more years with PACCAR
  • Six Sigma training
  • Familiarity with PACCAR Parts Division programs, product lines, and part numbering conventions a plus
  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to work with various levels of management
  • Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills required
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
