Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers. 

Requisition Summary

Provide data analysis, reporting and customer systems support in an effort to develop new and existing National Account business. Additionally, the candidate will help coordinate sales efforts with outside sales staff and dealers.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer sales data to develop new reports, metrics and tools for use by sales staff and dealers.
  • Support fleet systems integrations to enhance support to National Account Customers.  Manage implementations with eCommerce vendors, monitor new processes in coordination with Fleet Project Manager.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports regarding current status of active National Accounts for senior management
  • Work with Product Marketing to identify and recommend growth initiatives and targeted opportunities for increased fleet business
  • Coordinate National Account implementation with PACCAR management, fleet billing, outside sales staff, Customer Call Center and Dealers
  • Provide customer service support to major National Accounts and facilitate development of  enhanced programs for fleets
  • Direct communication with National Accounts, both oral and written


Skills / Competencies

Ability to manipulate large amounts of data utilizing Micorsoft Excel, and Acess as well as create presentations in PowerPoint.  Good communication skills both verbal and written to deal with both internal and external customers.  Ability to work with little supervision and complete tasks in a timely manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to work with various levels of management.
  • Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills required.
  • 2 or more years experience with PACCAR a plus.
  • Familiarity with PACCAR Parts Division programs, product lines, and part numbering conventions a plus.
