Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers.

Requisition Summary

The EZTrac Dealer Coordinator is responsible for Supplier and Dealer transactions related to our EZTrac Core Program.  Maintains core pricing, ensuring compliance with  supplier agreements and Dealer and supplier support with EZTrac core returns.  This position also manages eligbility adjustments and supplier recovery.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Dealer and Supplier eligibility adjustments within the EZTrac system
  • Provide dealer support and training
  • Process Supplier Recovery Orders (SRO’s) within departmental goals and company policy
  • Manage EZTrac blanket purchase orders to ensure funds are available for purchasing activities
  • Maintain core pricing within the EZTrac system
  • Analyze recovery trends for each supplier, recommend training opportunities
  • Add new programs to EZTrac system and update DealerNet bulletins
  • Develop and maintain supplier agreements to ensure compliance and process outbound container adjustments for supplier shipment

Qualifications

Three years of related experience required. (Customer Service, program coordination, etc.)

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong PC and analytical skills required with database and spreadsheet applications. 
  • Access, Excel and Word preferred. 
  • Understanding of core processes desired.
  • Able to work with limited supervision and to make independent decisions. 
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
