Your Role as a Sr. Business Analyst/Business Analyst
PACCAR IT Division is focused on delivering world class IT solutions. The Web Solutions Business Analyst works with the team to drive innovation and deliver solutions that change the way we do business. A successful candidate will be highly self-directed, an excellent problem-solver and be able to work with all levels of the organization. In this role, you will get to be part of a team that focuses on PACCAR’s web presence, including internet, intranet, and extranet.
*This position is in Renton, WA and has a hybrid work model of 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
About the Team
As a Business Analyst, you will be working with Web Solutions team that provides and supports web applications that target internal employees (intranet), external trusted business partners (extranet), and the general public (Internet). You will be working with a strong team to facilitate delivery of high-impact and high-visibility projects.
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our business partners to define and prioritize product backlog

Collect and analyze business requirements and communicate to the development team

Transform requirements into development-ready user stories ensuring a healthy backlog

Work with software developers to ensure the product meets user expectations
-
Develop test plans to ensure product quality; develop and provide user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures

Manage business readiness and training for new feature releases to ensure users are prepared for changes
-
Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and/or cross-functional teams. Provide timely and thorough communication regarding issue status/resolution with end-users and other key stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills:

Experience in product management or business analyst role
-
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
-
Demonstrated leadership skills within a team environment
-
Aptitude to collect and communicate business requirements to technical team
Preferred Qualifications:

Project management skills
-
Understanding of IT Service Management
-
Familiarity with IAM (Identity Access Management) Concepts

Experience with Microsoft 365 products, especially SharePoint Online
Education

Bachelor's Degree desired
