In this role, you will get to be part of a team that focuses on vehicle software delivery for our PACCAR Trucks! Our team’s development focuses on applications that enable telematics, over-the-air software updates and our service tool solutions that allow software to update our vehicles.


This position is located in Renton, WA and has a hybrid work model.


  • Manage complex technical projects through the project lifecycle following PMO processes
  • Manage the relationship between global business partners, project teams and vendors
  • Collaborate with our business partners to define and prioritize the product backlog
  • Elicit feature level project objectives for intake projects to estimate time/budget to deliver
  • Collect and analyze the project’s business requirements and translate to the development team
  • Work with software developers to ensure the product delivery meets expectations of the business
  • Identify dependencies between projects, prioritization and maintain alignment with teammates
  • Understand project budget and resource allocation impacts
  • Manage risks, issues, and impediments in a project and escalate in a timely manner
  • Facilitate workshops to scope projects and gather detailed product requirements
  • Ability to organize and lead conference calls with global partners in different time zones


  • 3+ years of experience in product management or business analyst role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team mindset skills
  • Strong technical aptitude to translate business requirements for software developers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability toward changing priorities




  • Product/project management skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with automotive or manufacturing environment



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related field required



Prolonged sitting and manual dexterity are required. This position is in an office/desk work setting.
