Requisition Summary

 

Kenworth is hiring an Account Manager for the TruckTech+ Service Management Program.  This Account Manager will be responsible for the launch of the SaaS based program across many of Kenworth’s 380+ service locations throughout the United States and Canada, and provide on-going support following the introduction of new features.  In addition to coordinating the implementation of Service Management at new locations, the successful candidate will support the development of reporting and best practices from the back-end data generated from the system, allowing the Team to drive quality usage effectively, and generate efficient dealer performance across the Kenworth Service Network.

 

Job Functions / Responsibilities


• Communicate Service Management features, benefits and costs to dealer principals, owners and key managers to obtain buy-in to the program.
• Coordinate and manage program contracts with dealers and Decisiv.
• Provide Dealer Champions with the necessary training to facilitate a Train-the-Trainer approach.
• Develop dealer-group training plans based on results of their Service Process Review.
• Manage and coordinate dealership onboarding schedule with dealer champions, other divisions and Decisiv to achieve rooftop onboarding goals.
• Conduct onsite Service Management Platform user training that results in full adoption of the platform.
• Monitor platform adoption and conduct follow-up meetings with dealers to ensure continued use of the platform.
• Coordinate with other divisions to ensure consistent content and messaging of training materials.
• Provide input and review on-line training videos, standard practice documentation and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain joint status reports with other divisions and Decisiv.
• Become a subject matter expert for Service Management platform.
• Develop and present program updates and information to PACCAR Senior Management as requested.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

• Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communicator. Comfortable presenting to all levels within a dealership and PACCAR, including dealer principals and PACCAR senior management.   
• Familiarity with Tableau and fundamentals and tools for data analytics.
• Experience with dealership operations (particularly service department) a big plus.
• Training or instructional experience, especially software training a plus. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Publisher.
• B.S. in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of a second language, Spanish or French a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
