Division Information

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in Algona, WA. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of commercial vehicle parts and components sold under the Kenworth and Peterbilt brands. For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company’s truck manufacturing divisions and PACCAR Parts distribution centers with high quality components, subassemblies and specialized services. Dynacraft has production facilities in Algona, WA, Louisville, KY, and Plano, TX.

Requisition Summary

SIGN ON BONUS - $250 paid upon hire (1st paycheck), remaining $250 paid after 120 days of employment.


The Operations Specialist on the Inventory Control Team provides the ideal candidate an opportunity to ensure the inventory for the Dynacraft Algona plant is accurate and well controlled. The position will provide exposure to upper management, including the Controller and Operations Manager. The position is directly involved in assisting with the implementation of process improvements relating to inventory functions of the company. The position has potential for growth and requires an individual to take initiative and be a self-starter.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Schedule, collect, analyze, maintain and /or process information to support the following: Inventory mock stat reviews, cycle counts, bin audits, and stock checks.
  • Act as a resource for the Unit Managers to ensure Line Side Inventory (LSI) levels are resupplied timely.
  • Assist in the management of control activities related to inventory accuracy, including supporting Accounting’s statistical inventory audits.
  • Participate in obtaining, compiling, maintaining and issuing necessary records, reports, data and/or lists, ensuring accuracy of content.
  • Coordinate with and provide information to other departments.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

  • Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities while meeting non-negotiable deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Dynacraft processes.


Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Position works within a Distribution/Manufacturing Facility.
  • Frequently required to walk, sit, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Work environment has moderate noise levels.


High School Diploma or GED required

Two plus years of relevant, inventory conrol experience preferred
