Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquarted in McKinney, TX.  Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of commercial vehicle parts and components sold under the Kenworth and Peterbilt brands.  For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company's truck divisions and PACCAR Parts distribution centers with high quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services.  Dynacraft has production facilities in Louisville, KY and McKinney, TX. 

Requisition Summary

Provide support to the Human Resources department in administering HR processes and programs for Dynacraft Managers and Employees. Will serve as a contact for HR department, manage pieces of the employee on-boarding process and other employee programs, and participate in executing department initiatives and projects.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for calls
  • Participate in executing departmental goals and objectives.
  • Play an active role in promoting positive employee relations and engagement by coordinating employee appreciation programs and events.
  • Support new employee on-boarding process.
  • Support recruitment activities as assigned.
  • Enter employee data into HRIS system and produce reports as necessary.
  • Maintain training records.
  • Must be reliable with dependable and regular attendance
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned. 


  • 4 year degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Strong PC skills to include MS Office programs, SAP, Publisher, and SharePoint desirable.
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and able to produce accurate results while dealing with multiple interruptions, and to prioritize workload while working independently to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information.
  • The ideal candidate will desire an opportunity to become involved in all aspects of human resource administration Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and issues is imperative.


  • Four-year degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is required.
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
