Division Information

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in McKinney, TX. a suburb of Dallas. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium- and heavy-duty truck parts sold under Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF nameplates. For fifty years Dynacraft has provided the company’s truck divisions and PACCAR Parts division with high quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services. Dynacraft has production facilities in Algona, WA, Louisville, KY, and McKinney, TX.

Requisition Summary

Leads the division’s master data and SAP Analysts. Oversee and coordinate data required by the Dynacraft SAP ECC business system.  Understand Dynacraft business processes and provide system support.  Facilitate the management of Dynacraft EDI processes. Coordinate with multiple departments to support Dynacraft business initiatives.

 

Contribute knowledge and expertise of SAP to business process design. Provide analytical data support to improve and enhance current SAP activities and processes. Oversee the creation and maintenance of master data in SAP system. This position reports to the Master Data Manager and requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the department and ensure that procedures and practices are in alignment with company expectations
  • Achieve staff results by clearly and consistently communicating performance expectations; plan, monitor and assess performance and results.
  • Formulate and execute the vision and direction for supporting and growing the SAP toolset.
  • Supports departmental functions/usage of SAP MM, WM, PP, SD modules.
  • Liaise with PACCAR technical division teams to ensure strong communication and coordination of incident resolution and timely completion of system enhancement requests.
  • Interact with personnel from all areas of the business to support troubleshooting and problem solving related to SAP data and application support of business processes.
  • Provides problem-solving support, advice and guidance to internal customers which is professional, responsive, and drives initiatives to completion.
  • Understands the impact of master data within the organization and systems for applicable data domains.
  • Propose process efficiency improvements in execution of work, automation opportunity, and team processes.
  • Work with department management in preparation of department operating expense budget; manage expenditures in accordance with approved budget.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role. 
  • Previous experience with SAP as a key user or master data maintenance role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, well organized, flexible and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and accomplish goals with minimum supervision
  • Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft toolset.
  • Excellent quality of work with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledgeable in Winshuttle forms, scripting, and workflow (Desirable).

Education

  • Four-year degree in business administration, management, or other discipline (required)
