Division Information

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in Algona, WA. Dynacraft performs assembly, light manufacturing and distribution for PACCAR truck plants and the aftermarket. For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided high quality components, subassemblies and specialized services. Dynacraft’s manufacturing facilities located in Algona, WA, Louisville, KY, and  Plano/McKinney, TX.


Requisition Summary

Dynacraft is looking for a highly independent, self-directed HR professional to support the Texas facility recruiting needs and serve as general HR support. The position is located at Dynacraft’s new McKinney TX facility will be 75% recruiting and 25% of human resources generalist. The Dynacraft HR Recruiter reports to the Texas HR Manager.  This position is responsible for the recruiting function primary for the Texas facility and support recruiting of other Dynacraft sites as needed.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, recruit, screen and hire qualified and diverse candidates of all levels for positions, including manufacturing production positions.
  • Develop ads and other media to advertise positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters.
  • Establish and leverage relationships with local secondary schools and colleges to generate quality candidates.
  • Participate in projects and special assignments, including continuous improvement activities and PACCAR wide initiatives.
  • Perform HR duties as assigned including but not limited to: personnel file maintenance, employee engagement activities, and other HR related items.


  • Five or more years of combined HR responsibilities and full-cycle recruiting positions of all levels, from production workers to executives.
  • MS Office experience, Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Experience creating recruiting plans and tools.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required.
