Division Information

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in Algona, WA. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium- and heavy-duty truck parts sold under Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF nameplates. For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company’s truck divisions and PACCAR Parts service parts division with high quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services. Dynacraft has production facilities in Algona, WA, Louisville, KY and Plano/McKinney, TX.

If you are bright, dynamic, and self-motivated we have the perfect opportunity for you to accelerate your career at Dynacraft. We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to Support, train and provide
requirements for our new plant location in Plano Texas.
The ideal candidate has a four year Bachelor’s degree and is detail oriented, ambitious, and has great organizational skills and has the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Regular interaction with users to ensure they understand and are making full use of the system capabilities
  • Supports departmental functions/usage of SAP MM, WM, PP, SD modules
  • Analyzing problems and developing strategies for testing and resolution, maintaining business system strategies for testing and resolution
  • Maintaining business system functionality while facilitating improvements to production
  • Routinely functions as technical lead on medium to large scale projects
  • Work with management and users to define, develop, and implement innovative business solutions
  • Follow System Development Life Cycle and AGILE Processes
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  • Collaborating with internal customers and various Development Teams to design, review solutions, test new system functionality based on business processes and recommend changes based on best practices.
  • Document and provide system training for business partners.
  • Coordinate QA/user testing and training including the subsequent change control scheduling and documentation for production releases of software.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years IT Business Analyst Experience
  • Two years’ experience supporting SAP in a production environment, specifically PP, MM and SD
  • Experience with SAP (required) with end to end SAP implementation (Preferred)
  • 1 – 2 years’ business experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • SAP application consulting skills
  • Proficiency in the use of SAP technical transactions to analyze data and jobs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently, interact with team members, and be dedicated to drive system improvements without day-to-day supervision
  • Demonstrated skill in balancing multiple and changing priorities
  • Demonstrated skill in collaborating with internal/external individuals and teams to drive solutions
  • On-call availability for business support (periodically)
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related area required

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting and manual dexterity are required.
  • This position is in an office/desk work setting.
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%)
