This position will be coached to research and resolve problems, develop specifications from business requirements, coordinate technical support, and contribute to software and process solutions for Dynacraft IT supported Applications. The Business Analyst Developer will participate in creating solutions, will develop specifications or process diagrams, produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. This position will participate in gathering, compiling, testing and synthesizing information with regard to core technology, processes or systems.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Develop and support a broad spectrum of client-server and web-based applications for business and manufacturing using MVC, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net and SQL Server.
- Develop and support API Connect and Web Services (REST & SOAP).
- Work with management and users to define, develop, and implement innovative business solutions.
- Perform thorough unit testing and some functional testing as needed.
- Performs Software design and Technical Architecture.
- Works with customers in defining and proposing alternative solutions for changes and break fixes.
- Provides input on solution and business requirement document.
- Participates in affinity sizing project estimations.
- Analyzing problems and develop strategies for testing and resolution.
- Follow System Development Life Cycle and AGILE Processes.

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in McKinney, TX. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium- and heavy-duty truck parts sold under Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF nameplates. For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company’s truck divisions and PACCAR Parts service parts division with high quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services. Dynacraft has production facilities in Louisville, KY and McKinney, TX.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years IT Business Analyst Experience.
- 5+ years’ experience developing application using MVC, C#, .Net Core, VisualStudio.net, VB.Net, ASP.Net and SQL Server.
- 3+ years’ experience developing application using HTML2, jQuery, Angular and/or React.
- 2 years’ experience working with AWS Cloud, micro services and/or containers.
- 2 years’ experience working with databases: SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSME, and Teradata (Oracle is a plus).
- Knowledge in SAP in one or more areas: PP, MM and SD, IDOC’s, WM (Preferred).
- 2 years’ experience in Azure Pipeline and/or GitHub Action Development (Preferred).
- 2 years’ experience in setting up and managing TFVC and/or Git Repositories (Preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly experienced in the delivery of service and change using Agile Methodologies.
Education
- B. S. Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required.
