The Kenworth CRM Administrator and Systems Analyst will lead the maintenance of the CRM functionality in Kenworth’s new dealer-facing truck ordering system, PremierSpec.  This role will be responsible for solving novel client problems for which there may be no standard process, and working with the product team to prioritize and develop new business requirements for client enhancements.  This role will interface with dealers to maintain user access, user data, and maintain and enhance training materials.  In addition, this role will interface with Kenworth internal departments to update data related to truck sales, marketing promotions, and system data used for PremierSpec calculations.  The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and interpersonal skills to work cross functionality with internal and external customers in addition to the skills listed below.

 

Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience

Maintain security profiles, access rights, and roles for users within the application.

Microsoft SQL Development Skills (ad-hoc queries, aggregates, advanced table joins)

Strong technical aptitude, analysis skills, and problem solving skills

Excellent Verbal and written Communication Skills

Organized and Detail Oriented

Technical experience in administration skills with Microsoft office

Adapt quickly to frequently changing applications and departmental and divisional policies and procedures

HTML/JavaScript or other Web Programming Experience a plus

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

2-3 years experience in a truck sales support or database administration
