Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in Algona, WA. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium and heavy-duty truck parts sold under the Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF nameplates. For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company’s truck manufacturing divisions and PACCAR Parts service parts division with high quality components, subassemblies and specialized services. Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for existing product lines.
  • Improve productivity of and reduce the floor space required by existing product lines.
  • Perform feasibility studies and provide tooling, space and labor estimates for new business opportunities.
  • Design and establish assembly methods for new work cells procure and setup tooling and equipment for these new work cells to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
  • Support the APQP process through development of PFMEAs and product work flows.
  • Support the plant quality process through mistake proofing new and existing business production operations.
  • Identify, justify and implement capital equipment projects.
  • Actively participate in Six Sigma projects as a belt and team member.
  • Designs and implements shop aids and fixtures.
  • Maintains control documents per ISO requirements.
  • Reviews engineering designs for manufacturing feasibility and recommends changes, as necessary.



  • Qualified applicants will be detailed oriented, well organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Applicant should have basic understanding of Six Sigma practices, a basic understanding of Six Sigma Minitab software is a plus.
  • ERP experience, preferably in SAP.
  • Applicants must be able to multi-task, prioritize, successfully handle pressure, and work/make decisions independently when required.
  • Successful candidate is safety-conscious, self-motivated, a team player, and is able to think proactively.


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical.
  • MBA or Masters in Engineering Preferred.
  • One to Five years of manufacturing experience, preferably automotive.
  • Applicant should have excellent PC skills; including Word, Excel and Access, AutoCAD, ProEngineer software experience would be a plus.
  • Candidate must have the flexibility to work 2nd shift and weekends.
