Job Functions / Responsibilities


  • Installation, maintenance and support of the PC infrastructure including hardware and software.
  • Assist customers with hardware and software problems and requests. 
  • Operations’ responsibilities includes printing and distribution of reports, scheduling of mainframe jobs.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems involving PCs and related hardware and software.  Asset management, including purchasing, for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
  • Analyze existing operations, make recommendations for the improvement, and growth of the Infrastructure.
  • Liaison with the Information Technology Division to make sure implementations conform to published standards.
  • Installation, maintenance and support of 3rd party applications.
  • Manages mobile equipment  


Qualifications & Skills


  • 3 - 5 years’ experience. 
  • Strong technical knowledge in several of the following areas: network hardware and PC operating systems, Smart Devices, Electrical Testers, DC Tools, PLC’s, hardware, protocols, and standards, including 802.11X, WiMAX, WiMax, TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, AD and replication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Technical Skills and Certifications:  MCP, MCSE 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
