Job Summary

The Human Resources Information System Analyst provides support for HR Information Systems (HRIS). The role will primarily focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementation, updates, and continuous support.    This includes responsibility for managing the configuration of new modules, overall system performance and maintenance, ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency.  The position will also support upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.


Here's what you will do in this role:

  • Monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement. Outline an appropriate solution and present that solution for approval and implement the change.

  • Conduct employee uploads as required, audits user lists, and updates picklists.

  • Implement new add-on products and provides ongoing production support to SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Utilize built-in reporting tools or running SQL queries to perform data analysis to ensure the system is running properly. 

  • Create and generate custom and standard reports as needed from SAP and SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Create user documentation and procedures for managers, employees, and human resources.

  • Collaborate with the PACCAR IT Division, Human Resources, and relevant stakeholders to maximize user adoption.

  • Resolve log-in and user access issues.


Skills& Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree with a focus in IT, Business Administration, HR or a related field required.

  • Two (2) or more years’ experience with HRIS solutions, including cloud-based, and how they work within a company’s internal infrastructure.

  • Understanding and working knowledge of human resources related policies and procedures and ability to apply that knowledge to an HRIS system with the goal of providing the most efficient solution.

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle pressure and work as a team player.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. 

  • Requires strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently.
