Requisition Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong critical thinking skills. The team member will utilize his/her skill sets to perform financial analysis, implement best practices, and identify process improvements as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Purchasing team and PACCAR Truck divisions. 

Primary Duties

•    Liaison between Corporate Purchasing and the Kenworth Division accounting team.
•    Position is located at the Kenworth Division office in Kirkland, Washington.
•    Prepare timely and accurate purchase cost forecasts. 
•    Responsible for providing Purchasing forecast analyses, training, and customer service to Kenworth truck division.
•    Provide accounting support for the analytical review of Purchasing operations and reporting, including cost movements, supplier rebates and Long-Term Agreements (LTA).
•    Prepare supplier surcharge and retroactive price adjustment payments.
•    Perform supplier financial statement analysis.
•    Prepare month-end and year-end reporting.
•    Develop and implement additional reporting through data analytics.
•    Special assignments and other duties as directed.

•    BA in Accounting or Finance with three to five years of relevant work experience required.
•    MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus.
•    Strong PC skills - MS Excel and Access required.
