Requisition Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with business experience to become the future leaders of PACCAR Leasing. This role will work to increase market penetration by renewing and selling full service leases and contract maintenance leases to qualified customers. This position is also responsible for developing marketing strategies for lease sales with the General Manager.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate sales and marketing programs and strategies for the leasing company.
• Create target lists within assigned territory and aggressively pursue creditworthy prospects.
• Responsible for contacting new prospects via mail programs, telemarketing, networking and cold calls.
• Develop and present sales proposals to new prospects for all product lines (e.g., full service lease, contract maintenance, etc.).
• Bear ongoing responsibility for customer service to his/her customers, coordinating problem resolution among the store staff.
• Submit required reports (e.g., Weekly Sales Call Summary), to the General Manager.

• Extensive local travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.


• Comfortable with cold call solicitation.
• Resourceful and results oriented.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, effective time management and strong analytical skills are a must.
• Prefer rental/leasing industry experience.
• Familiar with heavy truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria.
• Understands administrative and service features of Full Service Lease.
• Detail oriented, organized, determined, ambitious and a “team player”.
• Possess strong PC skills.

Experience Required

• Completed Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five to 10 years related experience in truck rental and full-service leasing sales.
