Requisition Summary

The National Account Fleet Service Analyst will use daily uptime data to assist fleets with their overall health and overcoming obstacles at dealerships to reduce downtime. 

This position is based out of our Denton, Texas Division office.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Assist with “cradle to grave” support at the dealership level
  • Rapid Check utilization, field actions, parts and technical communications. 
  • Using Paccar Solutions Service Management and internal fleet reports to monitor performance and increase the overall health of the fleets. 
  • Assist with coverage for National Account Managers when they are out of the office.

Skills / Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years or more related experience
  • PowerPoint and Excel and data reporting skills  
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with Fleet Management and Operations Personnel, Suppliers and Peterbilt management to resolve issues in a positive and efficient manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required
  • Demonstrate independent judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, keep management well informed, and display perseverance in bringing issues to resolution.


Technical Skills required include experience in the following areas with Peterbilt or similar products and systems:

  • Peterbilt Product and MX Engine:
    • Cab Systems (Mechanical and Electrical)
    • Chassis Systems (Mechanical and Electrical)
    • After treatment Systems
    • Engine Electronic Diagnostic experience
    • Engine Mechanical troubleshooting and fault code interpretation
  • Peterbilt Systems or similar systems to the following:
    • DWC / SIR (Dealer Warranty Claims/Service Information Record)
    • E-Portal / DealerNet
    • ServiceNet, ECAT, Engine Rapido, DAVIE tool diagnostics
    • Smartlinq Service Management
  • Supplier Systems:
    • Cummins – RapidServe & QSOL (Quick Serve On-Line) (on-line product support)
    • Eaton – Real Time (product support system)



A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related field is required.
