Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a Material Logistics Intern to add to our Materials Team in Denton, Texas.                  

Job Functions / Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to:

  • Review current lineside material to determine kit accuracy
  • Determine what packaging issues are present
  • Identify any material flow and line presentation issues
  • Work with production line to close out immediate issues
  • Work with Logistics Engineer to identify and implement new kitting solutions
  • Record and track kit data to be reported as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Business, Logistics or related program.
