Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a Dealer Development Intern to add to our Dealer Development Team in Denton, Texas. 


Job Functions / Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to:

Most of our projects will revolve around IT/Website development and expansion:

  • Improve process for SOE Facility scoring from Peterbilt Dealers.
  • Revamp and improve functioning of the current Mobile Service webpage on
  • Create a Technician Recruiting / School Sponsorship webpage for Peterbilt Dealers on
  • Create a PTI (Peterbilt Technician Institute) webpage for Peterbilt Dealers on
  • Create additional webpages and content on (Peterbilt's technician recruiting website).
  • Help support needed social media content creating for Technician Program Team's social media campaigns.


Qualifications & Skills

The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Website Development, Graphic Design, Business Marketing, Communications/Advertising or related program.  

The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows:

· Exceptional Microsoft office

· Java/HTML knowledge or background would help but no direct coding skills will be needed

· Website/social media content creation

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Multi-tasking

· Self-starter-Resourceful

· Strong Professionalism

· Analytical
