PACCAR Financial
PACCAR Financial Services provides finance, lease and insurance services to dealers and customers in 15 countries including a portfolio of more than 150,000 trucks and trailers and total assets in excess of $9 billion. The group includes PACCAR Leasing, a major full-service truck leasing company in North America, with a fleet of over 25,000 vehicles.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming customer calls; point of contact for general inquiries.
  • Provide payoff quotes, bill of sales, demands and default letters.
  • Assist customers with online registration and making payments.
  • Advises customers by phone or in writing about loan information.
  • Process early title releases.
  • Provide adequate documentation support for collections department.
  • Prepares check transmittals for cash receipts.
  • Maintains various logs and reports.
  • Early entry collections (accounts 5-14 days past due).
  • Cover collector work list as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Solid PC skills; Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be a team player; flexible and adaptive.
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
