Requisition Summary

 

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for two (2) Customer Service Interns to add to our Publications Team in Denton, Texas.                  

 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

This position will assist in various projects to be determined based on the intern’s skills involving overall improvement to the Customer Service Publications process.  Peterbilt Customer Service Publications Department is responsible for authoring and managing technical information for operator manuals, and communicating service/repair information required for technicians.

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to:

  • Proofreading and editing technical documents
  • Interface with appropriate subject matter experts for updates required to technical documents
  • Preparing campaign letters for customers
  • Analyze cost data
  • Assists in developing department procedures (desk procedures and operating)

 
 

Skills / Competencies
The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in an Engineering, Business, Communications, Journalism or related program.  
 
The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows:
