Requisition Summary

Provides Quality Process Improvement support and guidance over quality processes and responsiveness to emerging trends in our data.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Inspection Process Control
    • Standard Work Documentation
    • Time Studies
    • Utilization/Balance
    • Evaluation and Recommendation
  • Project Management (3-10 Program Support)
  • Defect Trending and Data Curation
  • Process Walk Participant
  • Visual Management Control
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field preferred.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Functional skills in using Microsoft Office.
  • Attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Functional skills in using AutoCad software.
  • Lean/Six Sigma training/experience.



  • Must meet physical requirements of the position with or without accommodations.

  • Tests to determine qualifications will be given to candidates.


Bachelor's Degree preferred
