Requisition Summary

Assists the Facilities staff in the organization, coordination, and workflow of various business activities. This position will routinely interface with customers, PACCAR executives, and visitors, a professional collaborative communication style will be required. 
 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

•    Maintain budget spreadsheets, purchase order information, and general project files.
•    Ensure updates are published for capital projects. 
•    Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and presentations.
•    Schedule meetings and organize travel.
•    Generate and distribute a number of reports to Plant, Corporate, and other PACCAR Divisions/Locations.
•    Generate orders for supplies, materials and services as directed.
•    Track purchase orders and receive invoices.
•    Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff. 

•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•    Demonstrated strong oral communication skills, excellent proofreading, and grammatical and written communication abilities.
•    A minimum of 1-3 years experience.
•    Strong computer skills with an advanced level of experience in Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
•    High School graduate or equivalent required; BS/BA Degree preferred.
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
•    Ability to interact with all levels of management, and representatives of the company as well as dealers and customers.
•    Excellent organizational skills, exhibits a professional demeanor, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
•    Must meet physical requirements of the position with or without accommodation.

Education

High School graduate or equivalent required; BS/BA Degree preferred.
