PACCAR WINCH Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of PACCAR.  PACCAR Winch Inc manufactures high quality industrial winches, hoists, and drives for the oil/gas, construction, utility and specialty markets.   We have locations in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma.  We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to report directly to the Marketing Manager.  This position is an office based position located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  Remote work can be scheduled occasionally but not routinely.

The Marketing Specialist will support the company’s efforts to promote products and services, and educate customers through a variety of marketing initiatives including print, email, website, digital, events, etc. The Marketing Specialist will design and develop content for marketing communications; assist in executing marketing strategies; assist with planning and set up of trade shows and other events; help manage marketing automation and lead development programs; post and analyze activity on social media and website; support internal communication initiatives; and contribute to the team in other ways as needed.   The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging our customer base by implementing effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our company.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate information from sales, engineering, and other internal teams to create content for marketing materials.
  • Design impactful marketing communications following brand guidelines including, but not limited to sales literature, data sheets, OEM/distributor support materials, marketing emails, trade show graphics, digital advertisements, and videos. May also partner with outside vendors to create promotional materials as needed.
  • Maintain integrity and consistency of the PACCAR Winch brand through correct and consistent use of logos and brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials; place orders and verify receipt. Package and ship materials to sales team and customers as needed.
  • Support sales team by creating emails, presentations, and other sales aids.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
  • Assist in planning, placing orders, coordinating products, packing, setting up and tearing down exhibits for trade shows and related events. 
  • Organize and maintain library of sales resources including sales literature, photos and videos using digital asset management program (Canto).
  • Assist with product labeling and/or packaging as needed.
  • Coordinate the development of case studies and testimonials for products with customers and end users.
  • Evaluate and update website content on a regular basis to maintain timely and accurate information. Create landing pages using Marketo or WordPress.
  • Manage Google AdWords account and budget to ensure best return on our investment.
  • Develop and manage Google Analytics reports to track website traffic and identify challenges and opportunities. Monthly reporting on social media activity.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media, search, and display advertising campaigns, including budgeting and keyword/demographic targeting.
  • Support internal department initiatives through design and project management, as well as taking/editing photos and videos.
  • Work within stated budget guidelines to accomplish goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of graphic design, photography, and video experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar experience desired)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Programs: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Marketo, Canto, WordPress CMS, Tableau
  • Drone pilot license preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with aptitude to work with technical information and illustrations
  • Must be able to demonstrate skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
  • Ability to use resources, including Microsoft Office applications and other programs, to share, retrieve, research and present business information
