PACCAR WINCH Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of PACCAR.  PACCAR Winch Inc manufactures high quality industrial winches, hoists, and drives for the oil/gas, construction, utility and specialty markets.   We have locations in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma.  Our business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst.  This position is located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Infrastructure Analyst Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Analyst role is to ensure efficient operation of Winch’s PCs, servers, network, telecommunications, and software applications.  This includes implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and diagnosing all aspects of Winch’s technology infrastructure. This position will also research and propose new hardware and software solutions to ensure systems and business processes remain current with the latest technology. Manage vendor relations and work with the PACCAR Information Technology Division (ITD) to ensure adherence to all published standards.  This position reports directly to the IT Manager.  

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:          


  • Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems in a manufacturing, office, and remote office environment
  • Installation, maintenance, and support of server, network, and telephony infrastructure
  • Installation, maintenance, and support for desktops, laptops, workstations, factory equipment, and mobile technologies
  • Installation, maintenance, and support of 3rd party applications
  • Administer TEST, CERT, and PROD IIS and SQL environments
  • Manage and monitor data backup process
  • Execute assigned project tasks in conjunction with local and corporate IT initiatives
  • Research and propose possible new hardware and software technologies
  • Document, review, and publish support procedures that address key IT systems, functions, and processes
  • Actively monitor unresolved incident reports and service requests to meet or exceed service level agreements
  • Adhere to infrastructure change control in accordance with corporate IT change management
  • Adhere to published standards and metric goals developed by corporate IT
  • Ensure compliancy with asset management, software license management, information security, and Sarbanes – Oxley audit requirements.
  • Experienced in supporting a 200+ PC environment
  • Provide support to business and manufacturing processes during afterhours and weekends


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years direct experience in supporting an enterprise level PC, LAN, and telephony infrastructure
  • MCSE, VCA/VCP, A+, and Network+ certifications are desired

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows server, SQL server, IIS, SAN Technology (EqualLogic), VMWARE ESX, NetBackup, and Rubrik
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Apple iOS
  • Experience utilizing enterprise technologies, such as Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Flexera, SharePoint Online, and PowerShell
  • Experience supporting Dell PCs, laptops, and workstations.  
  • Experience supporting Dell server hardware, Cisco LAN/WLAN equipment, Cisco VOIP, and iPhones
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to conduct and direct research into it issues and products as required
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Occasional travel to the PACCAR Okmulgee Plant required
