PACCAR WINCH Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of PACCAR.  PACCAR Winch Inc manufactures high quality industrial winches, hoists, and drives for the oil/gas, construction, utility and specialty markets.   We have locations in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma.  Our business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Accounting & Payroll Analyst.  This position is an on-site work office located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Accounting & Payroll Analyst Summary:

This position reports to the General Accounting Manager and will perform accounts payable and payroll functions for PACCAR Winch for the support of General Accounting.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:          


  • Assist with the timely processing/payment of vendor invoices
  • Participate in month-end close process for both accounts payable and payroll (daily balancing and posting of Union & Non-Union shop employee labor)
  • Support to administer electronic timekeeping and attendance system.
  • Prepare documents, analysis, and reports requiring knowledge of accounts payable and payroll
  • Various other duties including: preparing journal entries; account reconciliations; cash application; maintenance of employee receivables; processing and maintaining garnishments, backup for US Bank Credit Card program; coordinating record retention activities

Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned; provide backup and receive training for other accounting functions


  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting
  • 1 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience including accounts payable and payroll.
  • Solid understand of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Pension Plan preferred.
  • Experience using Data Analytics Tools (i.e. Tableau)

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • Experience using AS400 / Infinium, Kronos, and SAP preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)   
  • Concur experience preferred
  • Outstanding written, verbal, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills required with the ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities while meeting non-negotiable deadlines
