Position Summary – Why This Position is for You

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service oriented Technical Recruiter to partner with our business to find top talent.  This position is part of a team of recruiters reporting to a Recruiting Manager.  The position focuses on IT and Data Analytics roles primarily in the Puget Sound area.  If you enjoy identifying diverse pools of candidates through social media, sourcing, talent pools and other creative sourcing strategies, join our team!


Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-cycle technical / information technology recruiting for all levels of positions. Source talent, screen candidates, develop recruiting marketing strategy, coordinate end-to-end interview processes, and partner with other recruiting team members. PACCAR's IT provides systems development, consulting and voice and data communications services to the entire corporation.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and develop relationships to effectively recruit.

  • Provide exceptional candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process including reliable follow-up and follow-through.

  • Effectively build diverse talent communities and drive brand awareness through various channels (LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, etc.)

  • Conduct pre-screens and coordinate interviews.

  • Participate in campus recruiting and other networking events

  • Support Temporary Contractor/Staff Augmentation process if needed

  • Participate in projects and special assignments, including continuous improvement activities and PACCAR wide initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Full cycle recruiting experience required, with IT recruiting experience preferred

  • SAP SuccessFactors or any other applicant tracking systems (ATS) equivalent experience preferred

  • Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communicator and customer service oriented
