Position Information

We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team at PACCAR! The Technical Recruiter will directly contribute to the growth and success of PACCAR by focusing on attracting and securing top talent for our IT Division and PACCAR locations in the Puget Sound.

The Technical Recruiter will manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process while building lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You will be responsible for identifying and generating pipelines of qualified candidates to connect them to their dream job at PACCAR.

The ideal candidate is driven, curious and has a willingness to learn. This team is open to taking a junior candidate and training them to be a rockstar Technical Recruiter. Strong candidates will be creative, solution-seekers with a drive to connect the right people with the right opportunity.

*This position is an in-office position that could be based at our Renton Campus and Corporate Office.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting - source talent, screen candidates, develop recruiting marketing strategy, coordinate end-to-end interview processes, and partner with other recruiting team members.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and develop relationships to effectively source talent.
  • Provide exceptional candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process including reliable follow-up and follow-through.
  • Effectively build talent communities and drive brand awareness through various channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, career sites)
  • Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of full-cycle Engineering-and / or IT recruiting experience required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods and meet deadlines
  • Metric driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and customer service oriented
  • Ability to visit the Mount Vernon, Renton, and Bellevue locations.
