PACCAR Financial (PFC) facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.


Requisition Summary


PACCAR Financial embarked on a journey two years ago to develop digital services utilizing the Salesforce platform. Several Salesforce systems have been implemented to date and we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst / Administrator to play a lead role in expanding our Salesforce footprint. To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with strong analytical qualities and deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform.


Job Functions / Responsibilities


  • Provide hands on configuration and administration support for Salesforce systems in production
  • Provide guidance and industry best practices towards solution design on the Salesforce platform.
  • Participates in implementation and enhancement projects for Salesforce using agile methodologies.
  • Partners with business owners and users on requirements & processes.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting user stories using interviews and requirements workshops
  • Play a key role in the entire project lifecycle from requirements to go-live.
  • Work with architects and developers to transform requirements into Salesforce features.
  • Collaborate with teams across PACCAR to maintain consistency of Salesforce implementations
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, performing upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Provide end-user support and Salesforce training as needed  


Qualifications and Skills


  • At least 5 years of experience working in a Business Analyst position
  • At least 3 years of experience working on Salesforce implementation projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Salesforce administrator/consultant certification preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little or no supervision
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Experience participating in Agile/Scrum projects in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline team environment




Bachelors' degree in Business / Information Technology
