PACCAR Financial (PFC)
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.
 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Provides sales support to Region Manager and Area Sales team. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing activities, account management and customer service, data research, credit proposals, sale quotes and reporting.
  • Prepares direct loan lease documents and contract revisions as needed.
  • Conducts detailed analysis of regional sales metrics to assist the Region Manager in routine evaluations and decisions.
  • Compiles monthly sales reports for the Region Manager and Area Operations Director
  • Assists Wholesale Manager with audit activities to include generating required reports, maintaining audit files, and coding as appropriate on the accounting system.
  • Executes new and used truck wholesale setups and payoffs. Utilizes used truck matrix as requested in order to provide flooring services to PFC flooring dealers and reviews pending invoices to determine potential over-lines.
  • Addresses floorplan invoice questions from dealers and provides internal analysis to maintain flooring lines. 
  • Maintains dealer files and dealer database. Gathers information for dealer credit references and completes dealer-related documentation requests as directed by the Area Management.
  • Assists with dealer correspondence and analyzes and prepares various marketing reports which may include: chassis report, multiple market share reports, dealer financial reports and other marketing management reports as assigned.
  • Cross train with Contract Administrators and other departments as necessary.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Skills

  • Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM, and other programs.
  • Good organizational skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.

Qualifications

  • Completed Undergraduate Bachelor degree in business or other related field preferred. 
  • Two to three years administrative or sales support experience, preferably in a financial environment.
