Requisition Summary

This position contributes to the success of PACCAR by implementing e-learning training programs to support business initiatives and goals. This key role reports to the Director of Training in Human Resources and is responsible for global coordination and administration of the compliance e-learning training program through delivery of high quality services, analytics and reporting. This role will also participate in the implementation of various systems to support the long-term HR technology roadmap, through the use of technology and collaboration

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manage course setup, logistics and registration processes on the global e-learning platform
  • Collaborate with global business units to manage e-learning data and ensure data integrity
  • E-learning system administration
  • Liaise with e-learning platform provider to resolve system needs
  • Record trainings and produce regular and ad-hoc reports using SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Provide analytics & reporting assistance to global Human Resources departments
  • Responsible for program specific budget processes including cross-charges, purchase requisitions and invoicing
  • Support technology-based training solutions. Participate in the evaluation, selection and implementation of other Corporate e-learning applications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), SAP SuccessFactors and SharePoint highly preferred.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Project management and system implementation experience strongly desired.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, including graphics.
  • Understanding of database design, structure, functions and processes strongly desired.
  • Aptitude for applying technology in new ways to improve processes.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while working with sensitive information.
  • Willingness to leverage, collaborate and plan with colleagues across PACCAR.

Education

Bachelors Degree required
