Division Information

PACCAR Financial (PFC)
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry. 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manage and review the preparation of the PACCAR Financial Corp quarterly external 10Q and 10K reporting.
  • Responsible for directing the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosure and MD&A support
  • Manage the preparation of timely, accurate and meaningful financial reports, for both management and external users.
  • Manage the processing of monthly retail volume and credit losses.
  • Review and prepare sections of the monthly Greybook.
  • Provide management decision support with meaningful reports in a timely manner.
  • Work with Operations to ensure the relevance and accuracy of reporting.
  • Actively participate in special projects utilizing technical accounting and analytical skills to make recommendations.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Lead and train a group of three accountants

Education

BA/BS in Accounting. CPA/MBA desired

Skills / Competencies

  • Minimum four to six years related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership ability
  • Solid analytical and decision making skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles and knowledge of financial statements.
  • Must be a self-started, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize activities to meet deadlines as required
  • Proficiency PC skills focusing on Excel, Word, Access
  • Proficiency with SAP and Tableau desired.
