This person manages the preparation of accurate financial information and related analyses, identify profit enhancement opportunities and help ensure financial reporting integrity. This person will closely interact on a regular basis with PacLease senior management in U.S., Canada, and Mexico.




  • Manages the preparation of accurate financial information and related analyses, identify profit enhancement opportunities and help ensure financial reporting integrity.
  • Prepares or directs the preparation of timely and accurate monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Manage and prepares all financial management reports.
  • Prepares various other financial studies for Corporate and Company management, as directed.
  • Manage and direct the PacLease Internal Control Program and related Sarbanes-Oxley procedures ensuring compliance.
  • Assist with financial oversight of PacLease Mexicana and serve as a resource to peer group.
  • Assist with quarterly external filings (10Q’s, 10K’s ) including footnote prep and analysis. 
  • Assist with special projects including productivity enhancement, system implementations and strategic initiatives.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or finance required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred. 
  • 5+ years of related experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong PC skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple projects from beginning to end.
  • Strong project management skills required to enable successful and timely project completion.
  • Deadline-drive and self-motivated.
